Programming outbound communication

For outbound communication with an UTM partner application, BeanConnect supports the communication protocol OSI-TP, which can be used for distributed transaction processing as well as for non-transactional communication, and the proprietary, non-transactional protocol UPIC for access to UTM applications.

For outbound communication with an CICS partner application, BeanConnect supports the communication protocol LU6.2, which can be used for distributed transaction processing as well as for non-transactional communication.
