Save diagnostic files

For Diagnostic reason during the start of a proxy container the diagnosis files (protocol files, dumps, core files, etc.) of the previous run of the proxy container will be saved.

At most the files of the previous three runnings will be saved.

For that purpose the directory old-diags with the sub-directories old resp. older resp. oldest are in the home directory of the proxy container. In this directories the files are saved subject to chronology.
