Installing PCMX

The PCMX software must already be installed before a openUTM-LU62 gateway can be installed on this host. If only the BeanConnect proxy container, the BeanConnect Management Console or other BeanConnect tools are installed on this host then it is not necessary to install PCMX.

  1. Select the PCMX (Communications Manager UNIX OS) package from the master installation.

  2. PCMX is installed automatically in the directory /opt/lib/.

If PCMX is already installed, the master installation tries to make an update installation for PCMX.
