modifyProperties() - Modify properties of an inbound user

Function:	BcAdminInboundUser.modifyProperties() Modifies all the properties of the specified inbound user that are present in the specified dictionary.
Parameters:	bc_object (BcObject of type BcObjectType.INBOUND_USER) Inbound user whose properties are to be modified. props Dictionary with key-value pairs for the properties that are to be modified. You can find the possible values for key in Properties of an inbound user.
Return:	None
Exceptions:	BcObjectException, BcParameterException ,BcToolException
