removeProxy() - Remove proxy from proxy cluster

Function:	BcAdminProxyCluster.removeProxy() Removes the specified proxy from the proxy cluster and enters it in the list of individual (standalone) proxies.
Parameters:	bc_object (BcObject of type BcObjectType.PROXY_CLUSTER). Proxy cluster in which the proxy is to be removed. proxy_object (BcObject of type BcObjectType.PROXY). Proxy that is to be removed from the cluster.
Return:	None
Exceptions:	BcObjectException, BcParameterException, BcToolException
Note:	If the specified proxy is the master proxy and the proxy cluster contains further proxies then the function call is rejected. When the last proxy is removed from a cluster then the proxy cluster is also automatically removed.
