setMasterProxy() - Change master proxy of a proxy cluster

Function:	BcAdminProxyCluster.setMasterProxy() Sets another proxy as the master proxy of the proxy cluster.
Parameters:	bc_object (BcObject of type BcObjectType.PROXY_CLUSTER) Proxy cluster in which the proxy is to become the new master proxy. proxy_object (BcObject of type BcObjectType.PROXY). Proxy that is to be the new master proxy of the proxy cluster.
Return:	None
Exceptions:	BcObjectException, BcParameterException, BcToolException
