Changes since the last edition of the manual

The following principal changes have been made since the last edition of the “Utility Routines” manual:

• The CONVERT-JOBPOOL statement has been added to the JMP utility.
• The SIR utility now supports creation and updating of IPL disks for the two previous versions of BS2000, in addition to the current version.
  The BS2000 version for creation or updating IPL disks is selected when starting SIR using the new parameter TARGET-VERSION.
