FCBAD - Create FCB addresses

Macro type: type O

For all following DMS macros in the program, the code is generated in such a way that the FCBs can be located outside the basic register in symbolic addressing. The addresses of the FCB are then stored in the literal area. The FDBAD macro was created to facilitate the conversion BS2000.
