Environment variables

The cc/c11/c89/CC commands can be influenced with the following environment variables:

LANG, LC_MESSAGES	Message output language
TMPDIR	Name of the directory in which temporary files are stored
BLSLIBnn	Assignment of PLAM libraries which the link editor is to search with autolink
IO_CONVERSION	Automatic conversion (IO_CONVERSION=YES) from ASCII to EBCDIC.
