References to other publications in the text are given in the form of abbreviated titles with a reference number in square brackets. The full title of each publication is given in the Related publications section.

Commands mentioned in this manual are described in the “Commands” manual [10].
The macros mentioned are described in the following manuals: “Executive Macros” [11] and “DMS Macros” [3]. The meta syntax of the commands or macros can be found in the corresponding manuals.
