Changes since the last edition of the manual

Compared to the manual for CRTE versions V10.0B and V11.0B, the description has been expanded to include the following topics:

• New floating-point functions for float und long double parameters/results.

• Additional new functions according to Standard ISO/IEC 9899 : 2011.
• New formats in print- and scan-functions.

Compared to the manual for CRTE versions V10.1A and V11.1A, the description has been expanded to include the following topics:

• New functions with 64 bit timestamp.
  These functions are only supported from CRTE versions from V11.1A30 and need POSIX-BC correction status >= A47 to run.

• Missing descrioptions of functions fnmatch(), glob() and globfree() added.
