Changes since the last edition of the manual

This manual contains the following changes in repect to the last edition for version V11.0B:

• New libraries to support the standard ISO/IEC C++ 2017.

• The names of the delivered files have been adapted to the current CRTE version.

Changes in Version V11.1A70:

• Additional libraries for support of the CPP library version 2 with several features of the standard ISO/IEC C++ 2020.
