Changes since the last edition of the manual

Compared to the manual for CRTE versions V10.0B and V11.0B, the description has been expanded to include the following topics:

• New floating-point functions for float und long double parameters/results.

• Additional new functions according to Standard ISO/IEC 9899 : 2011.
• New formats in print- and scan-functions.

• Compared to the manual for CRTE versions V11.1A30 and V21.0A, the description has been expanded to include the following topics:

  New function _fnlinserted, to distinguish for the functions getc, fgetc und fgets whether a newline character character ('\n') was read from a BS2000 file or whether it was inserted by the runtime system..
