Diagnostic aids

If an error occurs, the following documents should be produced and sent to the technical support staff:

  • System dump

  • SYSOUT log of the FDDRL main task and the FDDRL subtasks

  • REP file

  • Input data

Backup volumes (MTC) used in the run which led to the error should be retained until the error has been eliminated, in case they are requested for diagnostic purposes by technical support staff.
