The SDF command SET-FTP-TELNET-PARAMETERS offers the following functionality:
Definition of parameters for FTP and TELNET servers and placing them in separate option files for the FTP and TELNET servers (see "Configuring FTP via the option file" or "Configuring TELNET using an option file")
Creation of ENTER files for the FTP and TELNET daemons

START-PROCEDURE = *NO / *CREATE
Specifies whether the SYSENT.TCP-IP-AP.nnn.START file will be created, which contains the start enter file for FTP and TELNET.
START-PROCEDURE = *NO
The file will not be created.
START-PROCEDURE = *CREATE
The file will be created.
