The -Z CipherSuite13 option is used to specify a cipher suite preference list for TLSv1.3. If this option is not specified, a default preference list is used.

A colon separated list of TLSv1,3 cipher suites.
TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384:TLS_CHACHA20_POLY1305_SHA256:TLS_AES_128_GCM_SHA256 is the default.
