BS2000-specific Incompatibilities

The packages com.fsc.java.bs2000, com.fsc.java.io and com.fsc.jrio are no longer supported in JENV V11.0A.
Since JENV V7.0A the functionality has been replaced by the corresponding com.fujitsu.ts. packages.
The affected Java sources have been marked in JENV V9.0 as "deprecated and marked for removal" by a tightening of the @Deprecated annotation.
