Attributes that can be assigned by users

Users can specify the following attributes in the LMS statements MODIFY-ELEMENT-ATTRIBUTES or MODIFY-ELEMENT-PROTECTION:

• Organizational attributes:
  access rights (PROTECTION)
  member status (STATE)

• Content-descriptive attributes:
  user date and time (USER-DATE and USER-TIME)
  name of a character set (CODED-CHARACTER-SET)
