Crash of a user job

If a user task is terminated with an error while an output tape is being created, i.e. not via the normal CLOSE macro, this condition is made evident by the fact that the catalog entry field CLOSE-INDICATOR is not set to “CLOSED”. Here it is up to the user to decide what to do with the tapes affected.
