Components with an asterisk (“*”) in front of their name are, by default, expected to be found under the TSOS user ID. All other components are expected under the SYSMAREN user ID. All files under TSOS must be cataloged with USER-ACCESS=*ALL-USERS and ACCESS=*READ.
