Return codes

The return codes have been changed in version V10.0 of openFT. As a result, the output message numbers are different from in the past (openFT <= V9.0). To maintain the compatibility of older programs, a new parameter (VERSION=) has been introduced for the macros NCAN, NCOPY, NDEL, NLMOD, NLSHOW, NMOD, NSHOW and NSTAT.
