Specific commands for Unix systems

As of openFT Version V12.1C30, install.ftam and install.ftp do not exist anymore, because they are replaced with the license system. Running install.ftp and install.ftam on openFT V12.1C30 or later will have no effect.

ftlang	Change default language setting
ftsetjava	Manage link to the Java executable
install.ftam	Install/deinstall openFT-FTAM
install.ftp	Install/deinstall openFT-FTP
ftsetmode	Switch between multi-user and single-user operation
