Name of host to be activated
ACT=...
Specifies the group of objects to be activated in addition to the host.
ACT=ONLY
The operation is only performed for the specified host.
ACT=LOCAL
The host is activated together with all LAN nodes directly connected to it, including the relevant lines and routes.
ACT=NODE
The operation is performed for the host and all LAN nodes as well as all processors directly connected to the LAN which are accessible via these LAN nodes.
ACT=ALL
The operation is performed for the host and all objects which can be accessed from it.
SLOW-POLL=...
Defines the SLOW-POLL behavior for line ports to LAN nodes.
SLOW-POLL is only set if the affected connection is not active.
SLOW-POLL=OFF
No reactivation following a line failure.
SLOW-POLL=ON
Causes automatic reactivation following a line failure. This reactivation is attempted every 15 seconds until it succeeds or until a BCDAC or BCOUT command is issued.
Command logging
For reasons of compatibility, positive acknowledgments are supplied in news BCA0763, and negative acknowledgments in news BCA0762, followed by the message NBR0740. In addition, for positive acknowledgments, the messages BCA08D1 and BCA0622 may also appear.
A description of the error messages that may be issued during command processing is provided in the table below.
