Name of the host

INI=...
Specifies the objects to be initialized in addition to the host.

INI=ONLY, ...
The operation is only performed for the specified host.

INI=LOCAL, ...
The operation is performed for the host as well as for all LAN nodes.

INI=NODE, ...
The operation is performed for the host, all LAN nodes, as well as all processors directly connected to the LAN which are accessible via this LAN node.

INI=ALL, ...
The operation is performed for all accessible objects.

ACT=...
Specifies which objects are to be activated.

ACT=YES
Only those objects which are defined by INI are activated.

ACT=NO
No activations whatsoever take place.

ACT=ONLY
Only the host is activated.

ACT=LOCAL
The host is activated together with all LAN nodes.

ACT=NODE
Activation takes place for the host, all connected LAN nodes, and all processors directly accessible via this LAN node.

ACT=ALL
Activation takes place for the specified host as well as for all processors or LAN nodes activated.

SLOW-POLL=...
Defines the SLOW-POLL behavior for lines to LAN nodes.
SLOW-POLL is only set if the affected connection is not active.

SLOW-POLL= *std
The general SLOW-POLL default setting (MODIFY-BCAM-OPTION command) is used.

SLOW-POLL=OFF
No reactivation following a line failure.

SLOW-POLL=ON
Causes automatic reactivation following a line failure. This reactivation is attempted every 15 seconds until it succeeds or until a BCDAC or a BCOUT command is issued.

Command logging

For reasons of compatibility, positive acknowledgments are supplied in news BCA0763, and negative acknowledgments in news BCA0762, followed by the message NBR0740. In addition, for positive acknowledgments, the messages BCA0830, BCA083F, BCA08D1 and BCA0620 may also appear.
A description of the error messages that may be issued during command processing is provided in the table below.
