You use the CREATE-NODE command to create a LAN/VLAN node. If the CREATE-NODE command is executed successfully, the LAN/VLAN node has the status INCLUDED.
The alias name CRND exists for CREATE-NODE in order to provide SNMP support.

Name of the LAN node to be created.
IP-SUBNET-MASK=...
You use IP-SUBNET-MASK or the IP address with the prefix length to specify the IP subnet mask that is used on this LAN.
IP-SUBNET-MASK=*STD
The IP subnet mask or IP address with the prefix length that is used on this LAN is derived from the IP address of the first line to be generated with an IP address for connection to the LAN node.
IP-SUBNET-MASK= <text 7..18> / <x-string 7..8>
The IP subnet mask or IP address with the prefix length that is used on this LAN.
Address syntax: <IPv4-address>/<IPv4-prefix-length> or <IPv4-address>.
LAN-TYPE=...
In LAN-TYPE you specify the LAN type.
LAN-TYPE=*NORMAL
The standard LAN-TYPE is used.
LAN-TYPE=*VIRTUAL(...)
The virtual LAN-TYPE is used.
VLAN-ID=...
In VLAN-ID you specify the VLAN ID which is used on this LAN.
VLAN-ID=*UNTAGGED
No VLAN ID is used on the LAN.
VLAN-ID=<integer 2 .. 4094>
VLAN ID which is used on this LAN.
PRIORITY=...
Specifies the priority which is used on this LAN.
PRIORITY=*STD
The standard setting which is used on this LAN.
Default: *STD
PRIORITY=<integer 2 .. 7>
PRIORITY which is used on this LAN.
TYPE-OF-NODE =...
With TYPE-OF-NODE you specify the type of node.
Use of this operand is reserved for Customer Support to support the SE servers.
TYPE-OF-NODE=*NORMAL
The standard type is used.
TYPE-OF-NODE=*CONTROL
The type for a control LAN is set.
The control LAN is used to display information and administer an SE server. The control LAN uses the IPv6 functionality for this purpose. The processors known in the control LAN are created automatically.
