Creating diagnostic documentation

If, despite your best efforts, errors occur which you cannot rectify yourself, please contact your Fujitsu Technology Solutions GmbH contact partner. To simplify the troubleshooting process, your Fujitsu Technology Solutions GmbH contact partner will require the following information and documentation:

  • a precise description of the error situation and information on whether or not the error can be reproduced

  • a description of the hardware configuration

  • information on the software configuration, including information on the type and scope of the operating system software and communication software used; the relevant version numbers and any REP corrections used must also be documented

  • the complete console log fileei ($SYSAUDIT.SYS.CONSLOG.<date>.<counter>) of the session

  • trace files

  • dumps

  • ASTRID documentation, if appropriate
