Amended BCAM commands

• GENERATE-BCAM-CMD-FILE
  • The creation order of BCAM-Objects will be respected when generating a SOF-File.
  • Own addresses will be matched correctly to a virtual host when generating a SOF-File.
• NETSTAT
  • New operand ARGUMENTS.
  • NETSTAT -h can be used to Display information about all subcommands.
  • Added support for the Loopback-Interface.
  • The program can now be called via a CLI corresponding the UNIX CLI.

• A RESOLV-FILE can now be given for the command /START-NSLOOKUP.

Changes to SOCKETS

• New diagnosis program TRACEROUTE (in combination with SOCKETS V21.0).
