You use the SHOW-APPLICATION-BASICS command to display information on applications which are selected by means of a search string. This command is based on existing BCAM functions.
SHOW-APPLICATION-BASICS may only be employed in interactive mode and is used for diagnostic purposes.
The alias for SHOW-APPLICATION-BASICS is SHAPBA.

INFORMATION=*APPLICATION
Information on applications is to be output.

Only information on TSAP-Open is to be output.

Only information on connections is to be output.
MAX-OBJECT-NUMBER=...
Maximum number of objects that may be output for this command.
MAX-OBJECT-NUMBER=*STD
A maximum of 50 objects may be output.
MAX-OBJECT-NUMBER=<integer 1..2147483647>
Maximum number of objects that may be output for this command.
OUTPUT=...
Specifies the output medium.
OUTPUT=*SYSOUT
The output is sent to SYSOUT.

Output takes place to a file with the specified name.

Specifies a search string which is to be searched for in the output information.

Note
More detailed command return codes are not provided owing to the procedural processing of the command. An output always takes place unless a syntax error was detected in the command.
