You use the SHOW-HOST command to output information on hosts.

The alias SHHT exists for SHOW-HOST.

SHOW-HOST / SHHT                                                                                                    

HOST-NAME = *ALL / <composed-name 1..8> / <c-string 1 .. 8>

HOST-NAME=...
Name of the host for which information is output.
The information is displayed by means of console message BCA08E0.

HOST-NAME=*ALL
Information on all hosts is output.

HOST-NAME=<composed-name 1..8> / <c-string 1..8>
Name of the host for which information is output.

Command logging

Positive acknowledgments are supplied in news BCA0720, and negative acknowledgments in news BCA0728, followed by the message NBR0740. In addition, for positive acknowledgments, the message BCA08E0 may also appear.
A description of the error messages that may be issued during command processing is provided in the table below.
