You use the SHOW-LINE command to display line-specific options and/or attributes.

The alias name SHLN exists for SHOW-LINE din order to provide SNMP support.

In LINE-NAME you specify the lines for which you want to display information.

LINE-NAME=*ALL
Information on all lines is displayed.

LINE-NAME=<composed-name 1..8> / <c-string 1..8>
Name of the line for which information is displayed.

LINE-NAME=*VIA-NODE(...)
Information on lines which are determined by specifying a node.

NODE-NAME=<composed-name 1..8>/ <c-string 1..8>
Name of the node about whose lines information is to be displayed.

In INFORMATION you specify which information is displayed.

INFORMATION=*STATE
The status of the line is output.
The information is displayed by means of console message BCA07D3.

INFORMATION=*ALL
All the information concerning the line is displayed.

INFORMATION=*BROADCAST
The line-specific BROADCAST option is displayed.
For this option to be displayed, a LAN protocol – CSMACD – must be used on the line. The information is displayed by means of console message BCA07D2.

INFORMATION=*MULTICAST
The line-specific MULTICAST option is displayed.
For this option to be displayed, a LAN protocol – CSMACD – must be used on the line.The information is displayed by means of console message BCA07D2.

INFORMATION = *SLOW-POLL
The line-specific SLOW-POLL option is displayed.
For this option to be displayed, a LAN protocol – CSMACD – must be used on the line.The information is displayed by means of console message BCA07D2.

The line-specific TIMEOUT-PROCESSING behavior is displayed.
This behavior can only be displayed if a LAN protocol is used on the line (CSMACD). The information is displayed by means of console message BCA07D2.

The protocol that is used on the line is displayed.
The information is displayed by means of console message BCA07D2.

INFORMATION=*DEVICES
The mnemonic device names for the line are displayed

The Duplicate Address Detection (DAD) for IPv6 is displayed.

INFORMATION=*ADDR-CONFLICT-DETECT
The Address Conflict Detection (ACD) for IP is displayed.
The information is displayed by mean of console message BCA07D2.

INFORMATION=*CHECKSUM
The value for CHECKSUM processing set by the administration is displayed.
The information for CHECKSUM is displayed by mean of console messages BCA07D2 and BCA0564.

INFORMATION=*OFFLOAD
The value set for (TCP-)OFFLOAD processing is displayed.
The information for OFFLOAD is displayed by means of console message BCA0564.

INFORMATION=*IPV6-AUTO-CONFIG
The IPv6 autoconfiguration is displayed.
The information is displayed by means of console message BCA07D2.

Command logging

Positive acknowledgments are supplied in news BCA0663, and negative acknowledgments in news BCA06B3, followed by the message NBR0740. In addition, for positive acknowledgments, the messages BCA07D2, BCA07D3 and BCA07D4 may also appear.
