You use the SHOW-BCAM-ADDRESS command to show information on addresses which is selected by means of a search string. This command is based on existing BCAM functions.
SHOW-BCAM-ADDRESS can only be used in interactive mode and is designed for diagnostic purposes.
The alias for SHOW-BCAM-ADDRESS is SHBCAD.

Specifies the scope of the information output.

Information about own addresses is output.
SELECT=*PARTNER
Information about partner addresses is output.

Information about all addresses is output.

Specifies the type of the information output.
INFORMATION=*ADDR-STATUS
The address status is output.
INFORMATION=*STATUS
The address status and the line/VLAN line status are output.
INFORMATION=*SHOW-CMDS
In addition to the status information, SHOW commands for further processing are also output.

In addition to the status information, SHOW-BCAM-ENVIRONMENT commands for further processing are also output.

In addition to the status information, commands for further processing are also output for showing the amount of transferred data.

Specifies the output medium.
OUTPUT=*SYSOUT
The output is sent to SYSOUT.
OUTPUT=<filename_1..54>
Output takes place to a file with the specified name.
SEARCH=...
Specifies a search string which is to be searched for in the output information of the object which is to be output. The object-related information is always output. Wildcards are supported.
SEARCH=*NONE
No search string is specified.
SEARCH=<text 0..1800>
Search string which is searched for.

Note
More detailed command return codes are not provided owing to the procedural processing of the command. An output always takes place unless a syntax error was detected in the command.
