Environment variables for the KDCDUMP tool

Meaning
Contains the editor that is called by the KDCDUMP tool in the EDT command (see the openUTM manual “Messages, Debugging and Diagnostics on Unix, Linux and Windows Systems”).

Range of values
Editor program; e.g. vi, PFE32, notepad

Default value
Unix and Linux systems: vi
Windows systems: wordpad

Process
EDITOR is evaluated by KDCDUMP when the EDT command is called.
