Python client

The Python client represents an example call to the REST API and can be found in the installed WebAdmin in the REST-API_Client directory.

The client works without any adjustments if the WebAdmin is running on the same computer with the default port 8080. Otherwise, the restApiUrl variable must be modified.

First, the information about the UTM applications configured in WebAdmin is read out and then the data from the active UTM applications is retrieved, namely

• following fields from structure kc_curr_par_str:
  • curr_tasks
  • tasks_waiting_in_pgwt
  • curr_pool_size
• following fields from structure kc_user_str for all UTM USER, for which is at least one client signed:
  • us_name
  • clients_signed
