Terminating a UTM application

A UTM application can terminated as follows:

• normally via the administration or the KDCSHUT tool or

• abnormally as a result of a bottleneck of operation resources, as a result of internal errors in openUTM, or via the administration.

After an application terminates, you may still have to release global system resources before the application can be restarted. See also section “The KDCREM tool”.
