rmpart - remove partition

The rmpart removes partition unitnumber from the partition table. The associated BS2000 file is not removed.

Syntax

rmpart[ -V] unitnumber

Caution!
The functionality of the rmpart command is incorporated in the POSIX installation program (see manual "POSIX Basics for Users and System Administrators" [1]), so it is not described in further detail here.
