Changes since the last edition of the manual

This edition of the present manual features the following changes compared to the previous edition (October 2020):

• When copying multiple files using formats 2 through 4 of the bs2cp command, the error handling has changed (see "bs2cp - copy POSIX/BS2000 files").
• For comparison of a string with a regular expression, the new operator =~ is available in the test command (see "test - evaluate expression").
• The function "Journaling for file systems" is no longer supported and the related sections were deleted or modified.
• The ipcs command provides new options -T and -A to display time information including the date.
• Error correction in the description of the command "uniq - report or filter out repeated lines in a file".
