Manual inputs are inputs sent to the archive system using the MANUAL
menu.
Statistics on manual inputs are compiled using the MAN
parameter.
They provide information on:
which archive system command was executed and how often
what the response of the archive system to the command was (positive/negative response)
Number of warnings
job number
