Managing service information

The Service main menu comprises the two menus Information and Configuration.

The Information menu contains displays and functions that the customer needs when communicating with the Service Center for configuration changes, maintenance, or troubleshooting. Furthermore, an information to be displayed in the SE Manager's header area can be configured here.

The Configuration menu allows to configure the remote access for service technicians on the Remote service access tab.
