Notational conventions

The following notational conventions are used in this manual:

WARNING!


This indicates a hazardous situation which could result in serious personal injury if the user does not perform the procedure correctly.

CAUTION!


This indicates a hazardous situation which could result in minor or moderate personal injury, if the user does not perform the procedure correctly.
This signal also indicates that damage to the product or other property may occur if the user does not perform the procedure correctly.
This indicates also the tasks which are performed by Customer Support.


This indicates information that could help the user to use the product more effectively.

The prompt symbol indicates activities which need to be performed (e.g. entries on the keyboard).
