Using SVP frames

You assign a job to the SVP by invoking the relevant frame, selecting the desired function, and specifying the required parameters. To select a function or specify a parameter, you must enter the alphanumeric characters shown in the frame in the input fields marked by an arrow (=>). After you have completely filled out an input field with limited length, the cursor automatically switches to the next entry field. You can select entry fields manually with the tabulator key or arrow keys. Once you have entered all the functions and parameters assigned to a job, press the ENTER key. In some frames, SVP functions can also be initiated by actuating the corresponding function key (also known as pfkey).

Instead of selecting a function, you can also enter a command in the command input line in all frames (screen line 24) and assign a job to the SVP in this way. Frames can also be selected using the FR'BLANK'Frame-ID , e.g. FR ML (to switch to the MODE SELECTION FRAME, in upper or lower case). A command entered in line 24 takes priority over a selected frame function.
