Theteleaccount is used by Customer Support as an access account and by the user to operate the shadow terminal. There is no other functionality available under this account.rootandvroot
Therootaccount is locked. Thevrootaccount is a virtual account without a shell and without a home directory. It is reserved exclusively for the Support Center to permit the rights of theserviceaccount to be escalated (extended) further than envisaged.
