Failure of the remote link

The failure of a single remote link has the same effect as the failure of a unit (see "Failure of a source or target unit").

The failure of the last remote link has the same effect as the failure of a remote storage system (see "Failure of the remote storage system"). In the event of a failure, operation continues with the remaining source unit only; the applications are not stopped.
