Changes since the last edition of the manual

• StorMan as of V10.2 is supported on the Management Unit (MU) of SE Servers only. 
  • as a result the support for Linux and Windows systems as stand alone platforms is discontinued.
  • the StorMan CLI documentation was adapted to the authorized users (service and administrator).
• as of M2000 V6.5 StorMan adapts to the role and user administration of the SE Servers. Therefor StorMan internal user and role administration is no longer supported in these environments.
• StorMan automatically detects the DNS names of the managed storage systems (disk and tape storage).
