Starting and stopping StorMan

The StorMan service is configured and started automatically by installation.

Upon startup, storman reads its configuration file. The server is configured to listen on port 4178.

Starting and stopping StorMan is supported by SEM via the Service → Units → <unit> (MU) menu in M2000 V6.5 and Hardware → Units → <unit> (MU) → Service menu in M2000 V6.4. Please refer to "Operation and Administration" manual [3].
