Setting up StorMan configurations using the WebUI from M2000 version V6.5SP1

Use the WebUI Configuration menu to set up StorMan. Basic information about the WebUI can be found in the chapter The graphical user interface - StorMan WebUI.

The Discovery and Management menu provides the following functions:

Storage tab

• Add new management instance / storagesystem
• Remove management instance / storagesystem 
• View/change properties of a management instance / storagesystem (implicit function)

Servers tab

• Add new servers
• Update server overview
• Remove server
• View/change properties of a server

Management Software tab

• Add new management software
• Remove management software
• View/change properties of a management software

The StorMan menu provides the following functions:

Overview tab

• Download Third Party License Readme

Settings tab

• Change StorMan operating parameters
• Synchronize with StorMan repository of another StorMan instance

Diagnostics tab

• Generate diagnostic data
• Download diagnostic data

The StorMan help system contains a description of all WebUI functions.
