Timeout of reconfiguration

XCM signals configuration changes to the registered functions and controls their execution. No upper time limit can be defined for the duration of a reconfiguration, which can depend on many factors. However, if the time required for the reconfiguration exceeds the FAILURE-DETECTION-LIMIT, a warning is output in message MCS1006 and systems support is requested to check the function cited in the message.
