Generation of the shared pubset network

Because the shared pubset (SPVS) network is based on the CCS network (at least one CCS network between the master processor and each slave processor), the preconditions listed in section section “Generation of the CCS network” also apply to the shared pubset network. Furthermore, the CATIDs and the VSNs of the shared pubsets on all processors in the shared pubset network must be unique.
