Short-term system or network failure

If it is obvious that the failure will only last for a brief period, the actions described above should, if avoidable, not be taken since they are quite extensive; instead, wait for the end of the interruption. All tasks involving tape processing are then put in defined queues; these are described in section “Expiration of the wait time”.
