System failure in exclusive mode

The exclusive mode is implemented using shared pubset and HIPLEX MSCF. If a participant in the MSCF network fails, MSCF carries out the recovery measures configured there. If serious errors occur, the affected computer can be deconfigured from the network and, if necessary, the role of the master can be transferred to a previous slave computer.

Please note the explanations in the HIPLEX MSCF manual [12] on configuration and in the chapter on error handling for connection loss or failure of a participant in the shared pubset network.

While recovery measures are being carried out, console messages and questions that can be answered are displayed, so be sure to check the console messages.
