MAREN network

A MAREN network consists of all the BS2000 systems which access the same (central) MAREN catalog. The MAREN catalog is the central database for all systems of a MAREN network. It is accessed by the MAREN components and users of all systems in the MAREN network.

The MAREN administrator has the task of creating and managing a MAREN network. This is described in the “MAREN System Administrator Guide” [1].
